A few years of skateboarding, 34 years of surfing, 6 lifeguarding and surf coaching catches up with a person in these temperate climes. A double arthroscopy later the knees are doing great, good range, minimum swelling… but there will be an interruption before normal shaping of eclectic craft is resumed.
